How much does shipping cost?
The cost of shipping is calculated at checkout. We constantly check our shipping rates for the lowest rates possible, meaning you will always pay the best rate we can obtain at any given time.
Shipping is FREE on UK orders over £50. International orders over £60 are eligible for FREE shipping.
How do I track the status of my order?
Once your order has been received and fulfilled, you will be given a tracking number.
Customs and DutiesCustoms and import duties may be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country, paid by the recipient of the parcel if any are due.
Like most items entering via customs, we have no control over these charges, and cannot determine what the cost might be, if any at all. Customs policies and import duties vary from country to country. If concerned, we advise that you contact your local customs office to find out if any charges will occur.
The customer must take full liability for any parcels returned to Thor Fitness Europe due to unpaid customs charges and missed correspondence from your customs office or carrier. Postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees will all be deducted from any refund, gift card or requested exchange due.

How do I return or exchange an item?
We can issue a replacement or refund assuming they are returned within 30 days of receipt of your order. Items must not have been used, also unwashed. Items returned found not in the condition shipped out will be returned to you.
Return postage is to be paid for by you. Please pack well and label clearly, addressed to Thor Fitness Europe, Unit 3, Highfield Road, Royal Tunbridge Wells, Kent, TN4 9BA.
Do you offer refunds?
A refund can be issued if the returned good(s) are in the condition when sent out.
Can I return a Sale or End of Season item?
These discounted items are not eligible for refunds or returns as they have been discounted for clearance.
My order never arrived! What should I do?
If you see a "delivery exception" on your tracking code or if you think your order has not arrived, don't stress! Your local post office may be behind on shipments. Allow 1 to 3 days to pass beyond the expected delivery date, particularly at busy periods. If your order still has not shown up at your door, contact your local post office or the shipping company utilised . They should be able to trace your order. I received a defective item.
