6 Rounds for Time:

50 Double unders
10m Handstand walk
15 Burpees ⚡️ If you can’t DU, do 50 skips and 25 tuck jumps. If you can’t handstand walk, do 5 wall climbs. If you can’t burpee, well, learn how to burpee. Chest must touch the floor ⚒
This workout is quite taxing on the shoulders. Properly warm up your arms, wrists, traps and shoulders.
